Who is Hannah Graykowski?

I’m a Health and Wellness Coach with a focus on healthy eating and body image, especially for young women and men navigating today’s appearance-driven world. My approach is rooted in both evidence-based practices and personal experience. Like many, I struggled with body image and disordered eating from a young age, and those challenges followed me into early adulthood. Having done the inner work to heal and grow, I now help others do the same, with compassion, understanding, and practical tools that last.

What is a Health and Wellness Coach?

As a Health and Wellness Coach with a focus on body image and healthy eating, my role is to support clients in developing a balanced and sustainable approach to their overall well-being. I work collaboratively with individuals to help them cultivate a healthier relationship with food and their bodies, free from restrictive diets or societal pressures.
